HOUSTON – Exterran Energy Solutions has signed a 58,857-sf lease to anchor an office building at 11000 Equity Dr.
With its lease, Exterran gained signage rights to the 64,750-sf building.
Built in 2007, the facility was designed by locally based Kirksey Architecture.
The property was the first commercial office building in the city to receive LEED Gold certification for core and shell development.
