DFW Airport arrival: Dalfen Industrial

​​​​​​​IRVING – Dalfen Industrial will develop a nearly 75-acre warehouse project at the south end of the DFW International Airport near Airport Fwy. in ​the Passport Park mixed-use development.

The company will build three industrial buildings​ totaling more than 1.2 million sf, according to filings with the DFW Airport board.

The entire project is valued at more than $44 million.

Dalfen’s DFW Airport project is in the same area that several new industrial developments are gearing up:

• Seefried Industrial Properties Inc. is developing a two-building, 356,000-sf warehouse project; and
