FORT WORTH – Turnkey Project Services has signed an 85,000-sf industrial lease at CentrePort VII at 14301 FAA Blvd.
JLL negotiated the lease on behalf of the family-owned, corporate office furniture and project management company.
Industrial product is in high demand in the Great Southwest/Arlington industrial submarket where Turnkey’s new facility is located, according to 2Q 2018 JLL Research.
