MIDLOTHIAN – The former Toys R Us distribution center just south of the city has been purchased by Utah-based Malouf Bedding.
The 836,561-sf industrial building is at 3800 Railport Pkwy. near where Google is planning a huge new data center.
Along with the planned Google data center, Methodist Health System plans to build a 190,000-sf full-service acute care hospital and a 45,000-sf medical office building west of US 287.
