WACO – The 52,000-sf former Gander Mountain building at Valley Mills Dr. and I-35 has been sold to Orscheln Farm & Home.
The family-owned chain is moving into the Texas market, with one other location in Sherman that opened late August 2018.
The building was offered for lease at $19.90 per sf, but Orscheln countered with a purchase offer.
The store sells toys, clothing, sports equipment, tools, and ranch supplies.
