SAN ANTONIO – Nearly nine acres at the San Antonio International Airport will be transformed into a $25 million built-to-suit corporate hangar hub.
The Hawker Beechcraft site will be redeveloped to accommodate seven hangars ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 sf with attached office space
Western LLC will design, build, finance, and lease the facilities to independent corporate clients.
The company plans to break ground in fall 2018.
