HOUSTON – New York-based Merit Hill Capital has acquired two self-storage facilities totaling 1,088 units.
The 525-unit StorIt! Seven Meadows totals 75,741 sf at 23110 FM 1093 in Richmond.
StorIt! Woodcreek is a 563-unit property totaling 68,965 sf at 1429 FM 1463 in Katy.
The seller, the Jenkins Organization, had owned Seven Meadows since 2011 and Woodcreek since 2013.
