​​​​​​HOUSTON ​​– A joint venture has sold the last five properties of a nine-community, 2,594-unit area multifamily portfolio. 

The properties are the:

  • Veranda at Centerfield, 7700 Willow Chase Blvd.;

  • Club at Copperleaf, 14811 West Rd.;

  • Lighthouse at Willowbrook, 12330 N. Gessner Rd.;

  • Villas at Coronado, 9111 Lakes at 610 Dr.; and 

  • Enclave at Mary's Creek, 2900 Pearland Pkwy. in Pearland. 

The partnership is between New York-based GAIA Real Estate, Israel-based Menora Mivtachim Insurance, and Grand China Fund. The venture originally acquired the nine properties in 2013 for $245 million.​ The other four properties have been sold over the past three years.
