RICHARDSON – Work has started on the residential part of the 30-acre Hall Park mixed-use development.
The seven-building apartment complex, called Spur 190, will be at the corner of Custer Pkwy. and the President George Bush Turnpike. It will include 415 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
The first building will be move-in ready by summer 2019. Full buildout is scheduled for summer 2020.
Leon Capital Group is the developer. Hall Group is handling the office and retail piece of the project.
