ARLINGTON – Brookfield Property Partners acquired General Growth Partners for $14.8 million before selling a stake in a three-mall portfolio to CBRE Global Investors.
One of the assets is The Parks at Arlington, a 1.5 million-sf shopping mall at 3811 S. Cooper St.
The other two malls are the 1.2 million-sf Ridgedale Center in Minnetonka, Mn., west of Minneapolis, and the one million-sf Cumberland Mall in Atlanta.
Chicago-based General Growth Partners had owned the Parks at Arlington since 1995.
