​​​​​​​​​Rendering of the industrial facility. HUMBLE – Houston-based Archway Properties and Atlanta-based Ridgeline Property Group will soon break ground on a 685,400-sf speculative warehouse and distribution center at US 59 and Will Clayton Pkwy.

The property is being built in Park Air 59, a 111-acre industrial park. It will offer 40-ft clear ceiling heights and is two miles away from Bush Intercontinental Airport. 

Construction will begin in September. The property will deliver in mid-2019.​​
