​​​​Image of the tract.FRISCO – The Dallas Cowboys Merchandising Distribution and Sales Center will relocate from its current Irving location to a brand new 400,000-sf facility.

The Frisco Community Development Corp., the Frisco Economic Development Corp., and city council approved an agreement in August 2018 to allow Blue Star Land to purchase Park25, a 216-acre industrial park in North Frisco.

Blue Star Land, which is owned by Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones, plans to continue construction on the unfinished industrial park and build the merchandising center.
