The Houston-based buyer obtained the property, formerly the Mount Vernon Mills cotton weaving facility, from MV Cuero Partners LLC.

The facility, situated on 11.2 acres at 516 W. Live Oak St., was shuttered in 2016 by Mount Vernon Mills Inc.

OHS produces and sells proprietary oil and gas drilling products.
