$140M makeover to Trammell Crow Center

​​​​​​​DALLAS – The Trammell Crow Center on Ross Ave. is getting a $140 million makeover that includes new restaurant and retail space inside the landmark skyscraper.

Owner JPMorgan​ Asset Management and developer Stream Realty Partners are building a 2,000-space parking garage and more retail space across the street.

In all,​ 26,000 sf of retail space is being added to the downtown project.

A 200-room hotel is also planned on top of the parking garage.

Local coworking firm Common Desk will build a two-floor, 52,000-sf shared office center in the tower. ​
