Baylor Scott & White plan $70M consolidation

​​​​​DALLAS – Baylor Scott & White Health will build an office administration facility in Deep Ellum that will bring the system’s five North Texas offices together under one roof.

The $70 million project will include 300,000 sf of office space and a parking garage. It is on the 3700 block of Elm St. just south of Baylor’s main campus.
