BAYTOWN – Investment & Development Ventures LLC and Sealy & Co. broke ground on a 390,000-sf speculative development on 26.9 acres.
The Thompson 10 Logistics Center will have a 130,074-sf and a 260,148-sf building. It will deliver in 2019.
CBRE is leasing the development.
Fuller Thompson Ten Ltd. sold the land to the developers in May.
