HOUSTON – Pelican Builders Inc. has broken ground on The Revere, a nine-story luxury condominium project at 2325 Welch St in River Oaks.
The first units are expected to deliver by spring 2020. So far the company has sold 16 out of 30 units, which range from 2,800 to 3,800 sf and run between $1.6 million to $2.6 million.
