MISSOURI CITY – City council has approved a mixed-use development on 24.45 acres along Hwy. 6, south of Glenn Lakes Ln.
The Brazos Lakes project will feature condominiums, townhouses, office and restaurant space, and a two-story parking garage.
The $110-120 million project will be constructed in two phases.
Phase one will include at least 103,200 sf of nonresidential building space. Half of the residential units in phase one will be reserved for households aged 55 years or older.
The site is surrounded by the Colony Lakes and Quail Valley Thunderbird subdivisions.
