​​​​Rendering of 405 Colorado Tower.​AUSTIN – Brandywine Realty received two building permits in August 2018 for a 25-story high-rise at 405 Colorado St. 

That includes a permit for a 13-story parking garage capped by an office building on floors 14 through 25. 

An updated plan calls for the tower to have 197,056 sf of office, 520 parking spaces, and 3,665 sf of ground-floor retail.

Brandywine has yet to disclose when it will break ground, but both permits expire February 2019.
