Northside graduates from UTD

​​​RICHARDSON – Balfour Beatty Campus Solutions and Dallas-based developer Wynne/Jackson have completed the second phase of the Northside mixed-use development at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD).

The second phase added 900 beds in both mid-rise apartments and townhomes featuring studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom floor plans.

In addition, the phase included a second pool, a sand volleyball court, a second fitness center, study rooms, and more than 7,000 sf of additional retail space.

The 13-acre Northside development north and west of the Synergy Park Blvd. and Floyd Rd. intersection includes housing for more than 1,500 UTD students. It is adjacent to the site of a proposed DART station.
