​​​​​​Rendering of the immigration services center.IRVING – Trammell Crow Co. and Elm Tree Funds have been awarded a 20-year build-to-suit lease with the General Services Administration for a new facility at Dallas-Fort-Worth International Airport.

The facility will consolidate three North Texas U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services’ Texas Service (USCIS) locations.

The USCIS center will be a one-story, Class A, 259,947-sf building with office and support space. 

Construction is slated to begin in August 2018 and be completed in early 2020.

The building will sit on 27 acres leased from the airport near the northwest intersection of N. Belt Line Rd. and Bush Turnpike.
