​GARLAND – California-based Digital Realty has purchased 16 acres for a $400 million data center expansion. 

The additional ​​land will enable the $1 billion project to grow to five two-story data centers on 64 acres. The 1.4 million-sf campus will be built in five 280,000-sf phases and will be one of the biggest such facilities​​ in North Texas.
