IRVING – The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services' (USCIS) Texas Service Center will be a 259,947-sf office and support facility at the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
The one-story, Class A building will sit on 27 acres near the northwest intersection of N. Belt Line Rd. and Bush Turnpike. The facility, which will meet the government's security and energy-efficiency requirements, will consolidate three North Texas USCIS locations.
Construction begins this month. Delivery is set for early 2020.
Trammell Crow Co. and Elm Tree Funds have been awarded a 20-year build-to-suit lease with the General Services Administration for the facility. This is the latter's fourth investment with the airport.
