FORT WORTH – Hertz Investment Group has purchased the 20-story Pier 1 Imports building from Houston-based Hines.
The 409,997-sf, Class AA building is on 14 acres at 100 Pier 1 Pl. along the Trinity River.
The tower has served as Pier 1’s corporate headquarters since 2008. The company is the sole tenant, and its lease will expire in 2027.
