SAN ANTONIO – Hixon Properties Inc.’s Cavender office project has a new name—The Soto.
The six-story, 140,600-sf office project is at the corner of Broadway St. and Eighth St. on the former Cavender Cadillac dealership site.
Along with the new office space, the building will feature 10,000 sf of ground-floor retail.
The project will also be the first mass timber construction project in Texas.
It is expected to be open for tenants by February 2020.
