TERRELL – A partnership between RealtyLink and Oakridge Investments is underway on Crossroads at Terrell, a 190,000-sf retail development located 28 miles east of Downtown Dallas.
The property will be anchored by a 74,000-sf Film Alley Movie Entertainment Center that is scheduled to open in 2019.
New tenants include Hobby Lobby, Ross Dress for Less, Five Below, Chick-fil-A, and Rack Room Shoes. They will open in spring 2019.
