HOUSTON – Austin-based Stratus Properties Inc. is developing Kingwood Place, a 54-acre mixed-use project within the 14,000-acre Kingwood master-planned community.
The project will be anchored by a 103,000-sf H-E-B grocery store. It will also have 41,000 sf of additional retail space and 300 multifamily units.
Construction will begin in November.
