AUSTIN – MedProperties Realty Advisors LLC acquired three medical office buildings (MOBs) around the Texas Capital.
In June 2018. the firm closed on the ground-up development of a two-story, 40,000-sf complex in Lakeway Medical Village, which is expected to be completed by April 2019.
MedProperties simultaneously closed in late July 2018 on the acquisitions of a 27,554-sf MOB in Dripping Springs and a 20,167-sf MOB in Round Rock.
