Dallas County cleans house
DALLAS – Dallas County is selling more than a half dozen properties, from vacant lots in Oak Cliff to office buildings in Lancaster and North Dallas.
The county has hired commercial property firms CBRE and OMS Strategic Advisors to find buyers for the land and buildings
The properties put up for sale by the county include:
a 35,000-sf office building at 10056 Marsh Ln. in northwest Dallas;
a 4,000-sf office at 516 Twilight Trail in Richardson;
a 2.9-acre development site on North Beckley at I-30 in Oak Cliff;
a 5,692-sf office building at 1411 West Belt Line Rd. in Richardson;
a 29,600-sf office building at 7201 S. Polk St. in Dallas’ Red Bird area;
a 8,040-sf office building at 2627 Zelrich Ln. in Northwest Dallas; and
a 6,740-sf office building at 107 Texas St. in Lancaster.
