HOUSTON – Nicola Crosby Real Estate has acquired Westgate I, a Class A office building on 5.9 acres at 17220 Katy Fwy.
Built in 2013, the four-story property totals 248,707 sf.
The building is currently 95.7 percent leased, anchored by Subsea 7 and Atkins PLC, which together occupy 68 percent of the total rentable space.
Miller Global Properties sold the asset for $50 million, according to Yardi Matrix data.
