​​​​​Phase one of the Grayson Heights project consists of converting a 60,000-square-foot office building, built in 1983, into Class A space.SAN ANTONIO – A pair of local developers are planning a new redevelopment project in Government Hill along East Grayson St. called Grayson Heights.

A five-story, 60,000-sf office building at 1422 E. Grayson St. will be converted to Class A space by T&J Venture.

Renovations are expected to cost $5 million. 

Once renovated, the building will anchor a larger mixed-use development, which will include multifamily, retail, and more office space. 

T&J Ventures owns more than five acres around the property.

The Grayson Heights renovation comes as more attention is coming to Government Hill, where GrayStreet Partners is planning a mixed-use redevelopment project spanning 23 acres.
