AUSTIN – The old Honda dealership at 1301 W. Koenig Ln. will soon be redeveloped as The Pearl, a four-story, 383-unit multifamily complex.
City Council approved flood plain variances in August 2018 that will allow for construction to begin within the 25- and 100-year flood plains of the Grover Tributary of Shoal Creek.
City documents show the property will consist of about 338,000 sf across two parcels totaling 5.4 acres.
