CORPUS CHRISTI – The Ed Rachal Foundation purchased the Frost Bank Plaza late last month.
The 23-story building at 802 N. Carancahua St. was built in 1983. It is the second tallest building in downtown.
California-based CC Frost Properties Ltd. put the tower on the market after filing for bankruptcy earlier this year.
