More retail headed to Waxahachie
WAXAHACHIE, ELLIS COUNTY – The second phase of The Grove retail development, anchored by Atwoods, is taking shape in the 2900 block of US 77.
Its new 16,000-sf building will open fall 2019, providing space for retail stores and restaurants.
The new businesses that will be opening in this phase of the Grove include Three Rivers Coffee, Upscale Nails and Spa, Salon 180O, SMD Designs+Boutique, and Branded Burger.
There are also future phases to add additional retail and restaurants.
