​​​Image of 5050 Westway Park Blvd.​HOUSTON – Industrial developer Vigavi sold one of its local projects to private investment group GBP Industrial in August 2018.

The 63,550-sf flex/R&D building, at 5050 Westway Park Blvd., is within Beltway 8 Corporate Center in northwest Houston.

The property encompasses office, warehouse, and lab space, as well as four dock-high doors and a fenced truck court.

The building currently is fully leased to three tenants: Florida-based sales and marketing firm Acosta Inc., Houston-based oil field services technology company Carbo Ceramics Inc., and Houston-based M-TriGen Inc. which manufactures power-generation appliances.
