The properties stretch east from I-35 to a little past Hargrave St., the Austin American-Statesman reports.

Eureka bought its first 12th St. property in 2014 at Navasota St.

Since then it has purchased empty lots, single-family homes, historic properties, and the Mount Carmel Village Apartments.

Rene Campos, the company's managing partner, told the newspaper they want to create "quality developments that fit in with the neighborhood."

As of yet, the company has submitted no plans to the city.

Eureka owns 19 multifamily complexes in Texas, and 13 more in five other states.
