DALLAS – Arcosa Inc. is moving its operations from the Stemmons corridor to 39,784 sf in downtown’s Ross Tower.
The company is a recent spin of Trinity Industries’ construction, energy, and transportation infrastructure divisions.
Arcosa’s lease is one of the largest so far in 2018 in downtown Dallas.
Through the first half of the year, net leasing in downtown has totaled about 250,000 sf, according to JLL.
