Home sweet construction

​​​​DALLAS – Taylor Morrison Home Corp. will build more than 90 homes in three new locations across the Metroplex​. 

The new residential developments are being built in Haslet, Celina, and Frisco, with home prices ranging from $350,000 to more than $600,000.

All three communities are scheduled to finish construction by the end of 2018.

In Celina, the homebuilder will construct 13 new homes in a development called Sweetwater, which is part of the 1,070-acre, master-planned Light Farms community.

The Frisco community, Somerset Park, will have 68 new homes and be located around the corner of US 380 and FM 423.
