ColdSpot moving into Carter Industrial Park

​​FORT WORTH – Hunt Southwest is developing a 300,000-sf freezer/cold storage warehouse in the Carter Industrial Park.

DFW ColdSpot will sit on nearly 19 acres at 8200 Will Rogers Blvd. It will feature 45-ft clear heights, making it the tallest speculative warehouse in Texas. 

Due to deliver in March 2019, the project is the state’s first cold storage facility to be developed on a speculative basis. ​​

CBRE’s National Food Facilities Group is marketing the​​​​​ asset.
