$78 million resort coming to Fredericksburg
FREDERICKSBURG – Plans are being finalized for the $78 million Seven Hills Resort and Conference Center.
The 22-acre project at U.S. 290 and U.S. 87 will include 35,000 sf of conference space, a 150-room hotel, a park, and 40,000-sf of retail and restaurant space.
The hotel will be a Curio Collection by Hilton Hotels.
Zoning and annexation for the project will wrap up over the next couple of months with construction starting in early November.
The project team includes:
Houston-based Murphree & Company Inc., developer;
Austin-based The Beck Group, design and construction;
Benchmark Global Hospitality, hotel/conference center management;
DPC Hospitality, hotel consultant;
Campbell Landscape Architecture, landscaping;
Dunaway Associates, civil engineering;
Montgomery Roth Architecture & Interior Design, design;
H3D Hospitality, food and beverage; and
Carr Development, retail leasing.
