FRISCO – Multifamily units are becoming more common in the area with more than 14,000 units in existence today, according to city data.
These units have nearly doubled since 2012 when Frisco had about 7,450 units.
Multifamily units have made up about 18 percent of Frisco’s housing inventory over the past few years, according to city data.
As of January 2018, multifamily units make up about 22 percent of Frisco’s housing inventory.
