​​​HOUSTON – Megacenter Willowbrook LLC is redeveloping a former Walmart Super Center at 7075 FM 1960 into a 235,627-sf mixed-use project. 

Phase one of the 24-acre Megacenter Willowbrook project ​will include ​a 113,940-sf gym, 47,319 sf of flex space, and a 6,810-sf auto center. Phase two will bring 30,754 sf of self-storage space and 15,101 sf of office space. The final phase will add 18,439 sf of additional storage space and 10,165 sf more office space. 

Work began earlier this year. Completion is set for November 2019.

HFF worked on behalf of the developer to place a three-year, floating-rate loan with Icon Bank.
