​HUNTSVILLE – ​​A joint venture between The Preiss Co. and TH Real Estate​​​​​ has purchased The Forum at Sam Houston. 

The 450-bed student housing property offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom units to students of Sam Houston State University. 

The new owners will renovate the property at 3019 Sam Houston Ave. this fall. ​​
