CHAMBERS COUNTY – Houston-based Clay Development & Construction is developing the 349,440-sf Cedar Port IV Distribution Center.

The building will have 32-ft clear height ceilings, 50-by-52-ft column spacings, and 60-ft loading bays. It can accommodate a 72,320-sf expansion.

Clay purchased the 22.74-acre site at Fisher Rd. and SH 99 within the Cedar Port Business Park in June 2018.

Construction will begin in October and wrap up in summer 2019.

CBRE and Clay will handle sales and leasing. Construction financing is by Frost Bank.
