251-acre mixed-use project coming to Waller

WALLER – Houston-based Wolff Cos. is developing a 251-acre mixed-used project along US 290. ​​

The project will include 1.3 million sf of industrial space, 800,000 sf of office space, and 172,000 sf of retail space. It is part of a larger, 1,000-home development.
