DALLAS – Investors have purchased the four-building Northgate Business Park located at Miller Rd. and LBJ Fwy.
Corinth Land Co. and Prattco Creekway Industrial bought the 213,481-sf office and industrial property, which is fully leased to 11 tenants.
Trammell Crow originally developed the northeast Dallas industrial park, which dates to the early 1980s.
Dallas-Fort Worth has one of the country’s top industrial property markets, with almost 12 million sf of net leasing in the first half of 2018.
