HOUSTON – Alta West Gray, a new apartment complex located at 299 W. Gray St. near the border of Montrose and Midtown, opened in July 2018.
The 166-unit, six-story project offers one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
As of second quarter 2018, the Montrose/Museum District/Midtown area’s apartment occupancy rate was 88.7 percent, according to Berkadia’s Houston Multifamily Report.
In the 1Q 2018, the submarket was among the top five Houston-area neighborhoods with the biggest jumps in apartments occupancy, increasing 11.3 percent year-over-year.
