HOUSTON – Railway Heights Market, a new downtown food hall, is expected to open in 2019 at 8200 Washington Ave.
The 40,000-sf warehouse project will include space for vendors selling food, art, and jewelry, and feature a half-acre of green space and a 13,000-sf beer garden.
So far, 25,000 sf has been leased to Company of Nomads inside the two-story warehouse.
The 3.6-acre project is also expected to house a motorized parking garage for 600 cars.
About 15,000 sf on the first floor is still available for lease.
