KATY – Houston-based Wile Interests Inc.’s Katy Green mixed-use development will add a medical office building.
The Class A office building, Medical Plaza West, will be 70,000 sf and is expected to break ground first quarter 2019.
Katy Green occupies approximately 16 acres along the I-10 eastbound frontage Rd. between Greenhouse Rd. and Barker Cypress Rd.
It’s just across I-10 from Texas Medical Center West, which includes Texas Children’s Hospital and Houston Methodist West Hospital, and five miles east of Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital.
