KYLE – The Sanders Trust LLC, an Alabama-based health care real estate investment company, has purchased the 54,400-sf Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital.
Located at 5980 Kyle Pkwy., the two-story hospital is leased by a joint venture between Post Acute Medical, Seton Healthcare Family, and Medcore Partners.
The $27 million hospital provides physical therapy, speech language pathology, occupational therapy, neuropsychology, respiratory therapy, rehabilitation nursing, and case management.
